About the CAPTIVATE Study
The CAPTIVATE Study will evaluate if an oral investigational study medication (olorinab) may reduce abdominal pain symptoms associated with IBS.
Many patients describe their most bothersome IBS symptom as abdominal pain. Despite available treatment options, there is a need for new treatment approaches.
The CAPTIVATE Study is looking for people 18-70 years old who have been diagnosed with IBS with constipation or IBS with diarrhea and are experiencing abdominal pain. Your study participation could last up to 20 weeks and those who participate could receive olorinab or a placebo (inactive agent) during the treatment period.
Participants are currently being recruited for this study. Study-related care will be provided at no cost and payment will be provided for each completed study visit.
